Blistered Hills celebrates the Christchurch Port Hills. It was written whilst walking the Bridle Path. In the summer the dry Port Hills are punctuated by it's rocky outcrops, looking blistered in their form. A rocky, happy, celebratory song - it is written in true classic kiwi style with a catchy singalong chorus, soaring guitar solo that grabs your attention right form the biting riff at the start. It's already proving a live favourite, getting fans up and singing along on the dance floor.

There’s a blade of grass on the Bridle Path
That wavers in the wind
On a winding road that settlers towed
On their way from Lyttelton

The emerald green of a harbour scene
